The Eagle Bluff Ranch Event Venue is located near Waverly, Missouri right on the Missouri River. The event center has breathtaking views and was constructed with a modern, but rustic feel, making it an ideal place to host events such as weddings, receptions, employee parties or live performances.

The building, built by Quality Structures, includes 9,600 square feet, which is comprised of the main structure that measures 40’ x 120’ x 18’ with two lean to’s, each 20’ x 120’ x 14’, for a total footprint of 80’ x 120’.

The 40’ x 120’ portion is 18’ tall and has a 7/12 roof pitch that allowed the customer to get a full 4/12 inside pitch on their scissor trusses, giving them the vaulted ceiling that they envisioned. The bottom side of the roof was sprayed with spray foam prior to adding a custom tongue and groove ceiling that was stained to complete the modern/rustic feel of the interior.

The columns on the main building are 5 ply 2x8 nail/glue-lam columns spaced out at 16’ to maximize the usable inside space of the structure.

Both of the 20’ lean-to’s were rafter built using 11 7/8” LVL’s 4’ on center to match the layouts of the trusses on the main building. The lean to’s have the tongue and groove ceiling as well to complete the flow of the open concept ceiling throughout.

The inside of Eagle Bluff Event center was completely designed and finished to have a modern, but rustic Missouri feel. Inside of this massive structure they have a large stone fireplace that serves as the centerpiece in the main area, private Bride and Groom areas, a serving bar, stage and plenty of open table space.

The exterior of the structure has a traditional post frame metal roof, but the owners really wanted to do something special with the wall coverings. They decided to do a board and batten system comprised of reclaimed Douglas Fir that was milled locally specifically for their project. The wainscot near the entrance of the facility was finished using reclaimed corrugated barn metal from the demolition of an old barn in the area.

Equipped with a total of 44 windows, their guests are sure to be able to soak up the breathtaking views of the landscape while visiting Eagle Bluff.
